# Windows 7 无法查看家庭组密码

实验室一台计算机需要使用家庭组以便使用共享打印机，可是无论如何都无法查看该计算机上存储的家庭组密码，具体表现是点击家庭组密码后无任何反应，使用自带疑难解答发现如下问题：

“对等网络分组服务未运行”

并且该问题无法由win7自行修复。

尝试google解决方法结果搜索到了微软官方给出的方案，即 “Microsoft Fix it”如下图：

选择“接受”之后就可以继续安装。

和win7自带疑难解答有点像，但是注意左下角有Fix it的图标。

首先是网络诊断。

之后发现问题，比系统自带的疑难解答要更加详细。

尝试进行修复。

正在启动服务。

疑难解答完成，但是结果仍然是“未修复”。

解铃还须系铃人。该计算机的使用者不会手动去设置服务的启动与否，这种情况下可能是使用了某些优化软件的开机加速功能，过度的“优化”导致问题出现。尝试在该优化软件中恢复所有优化历史，重新启动，OK，一切正常了。

另外最好遵循一个原则：PC的设置，知道是什么的可以放心去改，不清楚的最好保持原状。虽然这些安全卫士类软件已经比较智能了，但是每个人使用的环境千差万别，它们难免“自作聪明”。
