每当我们在地球上普通的不能再普通的一天突然兴起做出了一系列的计划，例如要健身、要学习、要努力等等，希望自己能在今天以后突然之间变为另外一个人，殊不知明天的自己与今天的自己根本不会有什么不同——巨大的改变都是从一点一滴的细节积累达成。花几分钟写下全年的目标恐怕是没有经过成熟的考虑，当然也不会在年底的时候全部达成。

所以，要现实，先认清自己，然后有针对性的做出计划。
